“My experience with Button & Sprung was outstanding from start to finish. I visited the showroom on two separate occasions, and each time I was warmly welcomed and personally guided through the space by a member of staff. What really stood out was the relaxed, no-pressure approach. I was encouraged to take my time trying different mattresses, which made a huge difference in finding the right fit. The salesperson was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—taking the time to show me all the beds available in the size I was interested in, and carefully walking me through the different upholstery materials. The level of attention and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience feel both professional and enjoyable. It was a truly pleasant and reassuring process, and it gave me great confidence in my purchase.”

“Absolutely love Button and Sprung. Everything about the experience is great from their showrooms and ease of trying all the mattresses, to the knowledge and experience of their staff, to the information about what goes into their mattresses. Also love there are no chemicals, just natural products - they even have the sheep that produce the wool! They keep you posted every step of the way and all their staff are so friendly and helpful. Very efficient, punctual - they do exactly what they say they are going to. And as for their delivery guys.....they are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are so polite and friendly and even though it was on the 3rd floor with no lift and was a super king bed - they didn't complain at all and still had a sense of humour. Can't recommend them enough.”

“I recently purchased a bed from Button & Sprung and I was delighted with the whole experience. Fabric samples arrived quickly, and there is a huge range to choose from. The showroom experience was relaxing and pleasant, and the staff helpful but not intrusive. The delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly and efficient, and assembled the bed quickly. Everything arrived on time, and the process was smooth and well organised, with good communication.”

“The team tha delivered and put the bed together were absolutely amazing. They turned up on time, worked really quickly, and did the job so smoothly and efficiently. The service was spot on. “The showroom is pleasant and peaceful and the team leave you alone to lay on the various beds and take your time with finding the right one. The whole testing and sales process was informative but ultimately quite hands off and non-pressuring. When I asked if delivery could be arranged quickly, it was organised by the team and the mattress arrived in just a few days. I'm sleeping comfortably and happy with the mattress I chose.”

“From visiting the store to the setting up of my new bed, it was an excellent experience. I would have liked to have bought a British bed (I understand that the mattresses are all made in the UK) but the build time in Poland was high quality and the subsequent delivery were all still in a very reasonable timescale. The delivery men were prompt and efficient, took their shoes off and dealt without complaint with the fact that they had to dismantle one of the parts to get it up the stairs. They explained how to properly use the ottoman divan for storage and took away all the packaging, leaving no mess .”

“Beautifully made, comfy mattress. Perfect for my toddlers bed as I’ve ended up sleeping on it too. I did a lot of research before making my purchase and am happy with my decision.
