“I purchased a bed 2 years ago, and it has taken the better part of those 2 years for Button & Sprung to correct a manufacturing fault in the bed. In the course of my dealings with Button & Sprung, it was suggested to me that I was imagining the issue, that I was simply too sensitive, and that the mattress we were using was unsuitable. They sent an inspector who also could not find a fault with the bed, which was surprising considering the fault their own team found. To be fair to them, they did send out service teams every time I complained, though three out of four did not seem to want to listen to my concerns. Whilst delivering a divan bed that was suggested as a replacement, the fourth team noticed that a support block had been placed slightly too low due to the drill holes having been drilled too low in the factory. Not a big deal at all and easily rectified. However, it took 2 years and a lot of gaslighting to get there. In this time, we went through 4 mattresses and countless physio visits. I would have liked to try their mattresses, as they look well-made. However, purchasing a bed from them has put me off, as, while responsive, their customer service operates from a basis of defensiveness rather than understanding. I must also note that the suggested alternative divan bed cost more than we had paid for the Ottoman, and even though they finally repaired our Ottoman, it was never suggested to us that the price difference that we paid for the undelivered divan might be returned. At no point did anyone from Button & Sprung apologise, even if only for the inconvenience caused, let alone for letting us sleep on a faulty bed for two years.”

We apologise that the problem was of our making and that we did not acknowledge this once we got to the bottom of it. “Fabulous experience. Everyone has been so polite and helpful. In store the sales assistants knew the products extremely well (we visited Chiswick and our son, who the mattress is for, visited Battersea). Communication to let us know when the mattress would be arriving was fantastic and the delivery drivers were great.”

“Very professional and helpful. We took quite a bit of time to decide what we wanted and Button & Sprung were very patient and didnt hassal us into making any decisions. Once we decided all went smoothly and they tailored the delivery to our request. We are very please with the quality of the bed and mattress. It looks great”

“Absolutely over the moon with our bespoke bedhead. We chose a Neptune fabric and got an email to say B&S had received it at their shop. There was some concern whether the design we had chosen would fit up the stairs so they arranged a chap to come out and do a test run before we placed an order as it was bespoke so couldn’t be returned. All the members of staff have been brilliant and the delivery drivers that assembled the bed were timely professional and very pleasant. 10/10 all round Thank you all so much it’s always a bit nerve wracking when you use a new company for expensive furniture but I would recommend B&S to anyone 🥰”

“The bed is beautiful and I love it. The ottoman storage is fabulous and well worth the extra cost. We would recommend Button and Sprung! The original headboard delivered had a grey mark on the top and underneath of the fabric which was noticable. A repair company was sent out by B&S at their cost, who could not repair it, so the headboard was reordered and replaced. There was a bit of communication with B&S. The factory said there was no mark on photographing it in the factory, so I can only assume this happened later before delivery, however one mark was under the fabric. The delivery men were excellent and very able to lift upstairs with no trouble. They were polite and respectful at all times in our home. Dee was very helpful on the phone and we are delighted with our furniture and overall experience. It's not about what wasn't perfect, it's about how they went about making it perfect!”

“This is our second mattress from Button and Sprung. When it came to replacing the previous one we had no qualms over choosing another from them. We upgraded the mattress and this feels like you are floating on the top. Service was excellent and they took the old mattress to be recycled.”
