“I'm reviewing after 2 years use of the Montadale. First of all the showroom experience was excellent and we didn't feel pressurised into buying anything. We eventually decided on the KS Montadale in the firm tension as this we were told = medium. It is indeed a medium tension. So far the mattress has been comfortable. However, we do have to turn it regularly as it has sunk in a bit through the middle of where i sleep. I'm the heavier one at 16st. The mattress itself is well made and very heavy; one person would struggle to rotate it. We have the mattress on a solid divan base. Originally we had a sprung divan but changed that as it was making the mattress feel like a bouncy castle! Would i buy another one? Yes i would. The quality is better than average high st. bed retailers.”

“I found Button & Sprung online after a very frustrating experience in other retailers and I'm so so glad I did. Before the purchase we've researched the company throughout, watched all their YouTube videos and read their entire page and we were so excited to purchase from them. The mattress was delivered after about 4-5 weeks from the order date so to us that's pretty quick, we were being notified of the progress of the order regulary. We ordered a super king that arrived rolled up which is the best part because that's not something any other retailer offered and normally an opened up super king wouldn't fit through our house. Two gentlemen delivered the mattress and swiftly unpacked it. It plumped a bit after a few hours and we didn't look back ever since. Both myself and my partner have had the best night sleeps on it. It's nice, soft and bouncy, exactly what we were looking for and within our budget. The "Lonely Sock" touch at the end? Genius !”

“From the date I made the order Button & Sprung were very helpful and answered any queries I had - they worked with me on delivery timescales (to coincide with my bed frame delivery) and they kept to their word. The two delivery drivers we had were awesome, polite, friendly, helpful (a far cry from a standard delivery driver!) they took their shoes off (brownie points added) and placed the mattress exactly where I wanted whilst disposing of the packaging. The mattress is great, it’s sooo comfy and meets all of my expectations! It is very rare to get a good service these days (once you’ve paid), and even rarer to get a perfect product at the end of it - Button and Sprung.. you smashed it! Thank you ♥️”

“Great experience with Button & Sprung. From the showroom, where we were offered a cup of tea and then left in peace to try out all the beds, to ordering easily online, great communication whilst the bed was being made to order, and then prompt delivery and assembly. There were no 'hidden extras' you get with the bigger chains who sell what look like more affordable mattresses and then charge you a fortune for the base, then more just to have it delivered to the actual bedroom instead of left in the hall. No stress, great and reliable service.”
