“Very helpful throughout the process, in explaining the sizing and fabric options to us as we had very specific requirements. Divan came when we requested and was put together by helpful and courteous staff. Obviously cannot comment on longevity as the product is new but seems solid and well constructed”

“Great friendly service. We had decorators, so they couldn't access our second floor guest bedroom to put in its place. The delivery team seemed genuinely disappointed! Contrast that with most two-man delivery teams who would probably have sighed when hearing that we wanted it on the second floor. Only a week earlier we'd had a team from another retailer just run away because the postcode had been mangled somehow in checkout, and were then impossible to contact. Whereas Button and Sprung went out of their way to try to deliver the mattress to its bed. The founder even followed up to check that everything was OK: how's that for service?”

“The showroom really nice. The team was kind and helpful and not pushy. The bed arrived the day it was supposed to. The delivery team were kind and very quick and tidied up when they left. It’s only been a few nights but so far very pleased.”

“What a pleasure to get back to sleeping on a traditional pocket sprung mattress. Online Button & Sprung seemed to do all the right things, it was made to my order, Simon kept me informed about progress and two days ago when it turned up I was not disappointed. The delivery was seemless and sleeping on it was so comfortable. Good, fair value for money and excellent all round service. I would recommend without hesitation to others who want a good night's sleep.”

“Excellent service from beginning to end. Ordering was easy, timescales were accurate and delivery team were extremely considerate of our house and were in and out in 15 mins taking all rubbish and leaving us with a lovely bed.”
