“The service was outstanding. The delivery in particular was superlative and easily the best I’ve experienced. I’ve tried other mattress companies before and this was a completely different experience. Communication was clear, everything arrived exactly when it should and the team were professional, careful and incredibly helpful. An absolute pleasure from start to finish. I highly recommend the company for exceptional service.”

“Great company, they were so attentive from start to finish, I would definitely recommend going to their store to speak to someone and look at the range- lovely people and place - more so, fantastic beds, we spent months researching and looking for the perfect bed and Button and Sprung were flat out the best! Beautiful Bed, so happy with it, we have a very heavy mattress and needed a strong mechanism to lift and it’s great. The design, colour and structure is exactly what we wanted. We were worried about slats/sprung being comfortable with our mattress and it is so comfortable, better than our previous bed. The delivery guys were brilliant, put together within 20mins! All in all we are really happy and having a great nights sleep!”

“Highly recommend. The service from excellent from start to finish. This includes emails and phone communication from the team on delivery scheduling. And they were very accommodating arranging around our delays with building works in our house. The delivery and assembly team were also super - very courteous and careful so as not to damage walls etc while carrying the bed in. We are also very happy with the bed - our second from Button and Sprung!”

“This is the second bed I have purchased from B&S. The in store service was exceptional. I knew what I wanted, however the mattress had previously bought was now different. I was given great advice and as I wanted a soft / medium mattress as I’m a side sleeper. Staff always knowledge, polite and helpful.”

“Extremely easy to order, customer service was fantastic and helped over the phone to establish whether we would be able to get the king sized bed up the stairs of a cottage. The gentlemen who came to build the bed were named Thomas and Magic. They were patient with us while we cleared the room (we should have been ready), and even helped move stuff which is definitely not in their remit. They were very friendly. Highly recommend this company”
