“We visited the showroom in Battersea and were amazed by the huge selection of mattresses and bed frames on offer. Dee’s help, backed by her many years of experience, made choosing the right mattress effortless. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout. Six weeks later, our mattress and bed frame have been delivered, and they look amazing. Most importantly, we are sleeping so well and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Thank you, Dee, and the team. We can’t recommend this shop highly enough!”

“Moved from a memory foam mattress to a new one from Button and Sprung following a piece in The Times: absolutely no regrets. Worthwhile visitign the store and trying them out - was surprised by the results. We thought we'd be on for a v expensive version but ended up with a chepaer (and firmer) one with a mattress topper. Delivery happened 2 weeks after the order and the delivery guys were amzingly good. They even arranged for the old mattress to be collected. No packaging left behind and good instructions on turning, rottating, and which side up! Best nights sleep in ages. Spine feels better aligned. No neck ache (always thought this was an issue with pillows - not so). Hips and lower back pain is gone. Just a joy.”

“Chose Button & Sprung after reading about them in the Sunday Times. Wanted to replace our foam mattresses, one king size, the other a double ,with a non chemical impregnated product. I discussed the mattresses with knowledgeable staff in the Battersea store who sent me an email with link to pay the deposit and arrange a repayment plan. Simon in logistics kept me updated about the delivery which was carried out efficiently and quickly by 2 of your staff. The mattresses were unwrapped and placed on our existing bed bases . One of the old mattresses was due to be collected and disposed of by another company, arranged by yourselves. This was the only slight glitch in the process. Whilst the new mattresses were delivered in the morning, the old mattress was not collected until late afternoon after several phone calls to find out when they were coming. Delighted with our new mattresses. Best night's sleep I've had for ages. Highly recommend.”

“I purchased a bed 2 years ago, and it has taken the better part of those 2 years for Button & Sprung to correct a manufacturing fault in the bed. In the course of my dealings with Button & Sprung, it was suggested to me that I was imagining the issue, that I was simply too sensitive, and that the mattress we were using was unsuitable. They sent an inspector who also could not find a fault with the bed, which was surprising considering the fault their own team found. To be fair to them, they did send out service teams every time I complained, though three out of four did not seem to want to listen to my concerns. Whilst delivering a divan bed that was suggested as a replacement, the fourth team noticed that a support block had been placed slightly too low due to the drill holes having been drilled too low in the factory. Not a big deal at all and easily rectified. However, it took 2 years and a lot of gaslighting to get there. In this time, we went through 4 mattresses and countless physio visits. I would have liked to try their mattresses, as they look well-made. However, purchasing a bed from them has put me off, as, while responsive, their customer service operates from a basis of defensiveness rather than understanding. I must also note that the suggested alternative divan bed cost more than we had paid for the Ottoman, and even though they finally repaired our Ottoman, it was never suggested to us that the price difference that we paid for the undelivered divan might be returned. At no point did anyone from Button & Sprung apologise, even if only for the inconvenience caused, let alone for letting us sleep on a faulty bed for two years.”
