“We like Button and Spring, they do everything that they say. The mattress arrived on time, the delivery crew were respectful and helpful. I have no complaints about this company and the service they provide. We are looking to exchange the mattress as it is a little too soft, so we'll see how that goes. Watch the space.”

“Maureen and Robin Stephens We visited the Battersea showroom we chose our mattress it was delivered and everything from start to finish was perfect.and best of all our mattress is lovely and comfortable.We was very pleased with the excellent service we received.. “From my initial search to delivery, Button & Sprung have been an excellent company to deal with. The information on their website is clear, they communicated efficiently and were very helpful. “My experience with Button & Sprung was outstanding from start to finish. I visited the showroom on two separate occasions, and each time I was warmly welcomed and personally guided through the space by a member of staff. What really stood out was the relaxed, no-pressure approach. I was encouraged to take my time trying different mattresses, which made a huge difference in finding the right fit. The salesperson was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—taking the time to show me all the beds available in the size I was interested in, and carefully walking me through the different upholstery materials. The level of attention and genuine willingness to help made the whole experience feel both professional and enjoyable. It was a truly pleasant and reassuring process, and it gave me great confidence in my purchase.”

“Absolutely love Button and Sprung. Everything about the experience is great from their showrooms and ease of trying all the mattresses, to the knowledge and experience of their staff, to the information about what goes into their mattresses. Also love there are no chemicals, just natural products - they even have the sheep that produce the wool! They keep you posted every step of the way and all their staff are so friendly and helpful. Very efficient, punctual - they do exactly what they say they are going to. And as for their delivery guys.....they are absolutely amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are so polite and friendly and even though it was on the 3rd floor with no lift and was a super king bed - they didn't complain at all and still had a sense of humour. Can't recommend them enough.”

“I recently purchased a bed from Button & Sprung and I was delighted with the whole experience. Fabric samples arrived quickly, and there is a huge range to choose from. The showroom experience was relaxing and pleasant, and the staff helpful but not intrusive. The delivery team arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly and efficient, and assembled the bed quickly. Everything arrived on time, and the process was smooth and well organised, with good communication.”

“The team tha delivered and put the bed together were absolutely amazing. They turned up on time, worked really quickly, and did the job so smoothly and efficiently. The service was spot on.
