I chose the ‘Teesdale’, and I must say I could not be more pleased. The comfort is superb, with softness and support exactly well balanced, and I trust in the quality of the materials used. Attention and service were also impeccable: delivery was adjusted helpfully, and when the legs were discovered to have been left out of the initial delivery they were rocketed over later that same day. Wonderful."

"We visited many bed places for sometime, then we found Button and Sprung on google. Lets give it a try, well I'm so glad we did.
From the outside we were not sure what was inside, but wow!! what a fabulous experience inside. We were greeted a really friendly member of staff who was very welcoming and offered coffee on arrival. The showroom was very well presented and gave a really clear outlook of what was on offer.
We browsed until we found what we were looking for and was shown a full extensive range of fabrics and allowed to roam without being followed around. We chose a couple of fabrics that we liked and then the member of staff was happy to get out large samples to see the full look.
We couldn't decide straight away but left with some swatches to look at colour scheme at home. Once we choose the colour we wanted we called and the order was processed straight away. A delivery date was estimated and we were very happy.
The delivery date was brought forward as they had had a cancellation which we accepted.
The delivery date came and again really customer focused staff. Two great lads who delivered were polite, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Took there shoes off, assembled the bed and removed all the packaging.
I have no hesitation recommending Button and Sprung to anybody else and will be the only place I will buy a bed from in the future.

From initially visiting the showroom with its wide range of beds and mattresses and the friendly informative service we received. Everything including the delivery date/time slots and the wonderful delivery guys who managed to get the bed intact to my second floor flat in Brighton. The Willow bed is just wonderful in it's look and the Galway mattress is so comfortable. Could not be happier. I would recommend Button and sprung to everyone I know."

"We turned up at your showroom early one rainy Monday morning. We had done some research and decided to come to you first. Slightly dreading the choice out there and having to make a decision.
From the moment we arrived and were offered coffee everything was made easy for us.
Dee explained how she would show us the process of choosing a bed after asking questions.
She told us to try various beds in the showroom in a specific order. We really liked the first one we tried and kept going back to it and she then told is it was bang in the middle of the price range. So there was never any selling techniques to get us to buy anything.
It was all so easy, and enjoyable and two and a half hours later we had chosen the bed, headboard, fabric and legs.
The whole system worked and Dee was there to advise and help us get the right bed , not to sell us something. I think that was what mad it a pleasure and we left having enjoyed a very nice morning and it being so much easier than expected.
Immediately there were emails confirming everything and they said they would try and get it to us before we went on holiday which they did. We were informed they would let us know what time it would be delivered.
The delivery was perfect, on time and assembled by friendly delivery men.
The bed is perfect! So comfortable. It also seemed by comparison extremely well priced.
Highly recommended! Thank you for our lovely bed.

"On delivery day of our bed (Camelia Divan with drawers) our bed arrived WITHOUT a headboard, just the Divan base, the divan base once unwrapped was covered in dirty marks and had a large scratch in the fabric and stitching coming out, a very POOR condition, after calling Button and Sprung it was arranged for another divan to be made which took another 5-6 weeks, 2nd delivery attempt both the divan base and headboard arrived although this time there were still dirty marks on both!! This is not the kind of service I would expect from an expensive bed company! I was offered just £100 in compensation which included £50 delivery refund, they arranged for a company to come and clean the dirty marks. The customer services team never gave me a follow up call to see if I was happy with the cleaning, in my opinion the customer services at Button and Sprung is very poor indeed, P.S The website need to be more informative regarding bed options, drawer end caps etc as not everyone can make it to the showroom in London."

"The customer service from start to finish of our order was amazing. I had to change our delivery date several times, which Button & Sprung happily arranged. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed is also great quality and very comfortable. Thank you!"
"Buying a new bed can be a nightmare, trawling around endless department stores talking to people who don't really know what they are selling, but these guys made it an absolute pleasure. From start to finish you are made to feel individual and special. There's a great showroom in London where you can see and really try out all the different beds (yes, there's actually a dark room upstairs where you can go and lie down for a couple of hours on your mattress of choice). That's great service, not to mention a free tea or coffee and a no-pressure sales approach. Prices are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for in life and these guys are really worth it. Go check them out."
