The customer service I received from Button and Sprung exceeded all my expectations. They were so helpful in rectifying a problem that was of my own making, which was both unexpected and wonderful.
Special thanks to the delivery drivers who had to heft the very heavy packages up 3 flights of stairs and then still had energy to assemble the bed. What heroes.
