“Seen the bed online, went to visit the store in Wandsworth as I hadn’t heard about the company before and was wanting to see the fabric myself. They send out samples in the post too. Beautiful store with all the beds and fabric samples to choose from. The whole process was effortless, speedy with great customer service.”

“Purchased a divan for a client and was really impressed with both the product and service. The range of fabrics was a real advantage, being able to order samples meant I could select something that worked beautifully within the wider scheme. Lead times were clear and delivered exactly as promised, which is invaluable when working to a defined programme. The delivery team were exemplary, discreet, efficient and respectful of both the property and the wider installation process. A seamless experience from specification through to installation, and a supplier I would be very happy to use again.”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. The website was easy to use, the team were really helpful, and visiting the showroom was a great opportunity to see all the beds, mattresses, and materials in person. There was no pressure at all, and nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate the company’s focus on sustainability, especially the recyclable mattresses and the option to recycle your old one. The honest pricing is another huge plus — no gimmicky discounts, just beautiful, well-made beds at very reasonable prices. The video explaining this approach was excellent. The quality of the materials is outstanding, with great storage options too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a bed now and have already recommended them to friends and family. A fantastic company with excellent customer service and beautiful quality products — 5 stars!”

“Every part of the process with Button and Sprung has been EXCELLENT. Extremely friendly and patient people in the showroom, enabling me to make the right choice of bed, headboard, mattress and they have a huge selection of fabrics too. The delivery came exactly on time and Marcin and Artem put the bed together very quickly and expertly.”

“Can highly recommend getting your mattress from Button & Sprung. We visited the showroom and tried out the options - the staff were very helpful. We had really specific requirements in needing a European King size under a certain weight for our existing ottoman bed, and the Galway mattress was perfect. Delivery was quick and super efficient. We are really pleased with the mattress - super comfortable and we love that it's made of natural materials and a really good price point for the quality.”
