“The customer service I received from Button and Sprung exceeded all my expectations. They were so helpful in rectifying a problem that was of my own making, which was both unexpected and wonderful. Special thanks to the delivery drivers who had to heft the very heavy packages up 3 flights of stairs and then still had energy to assemble the bed. What heroes.”

“I fell in love with this bed the moment I saw it on the Button & Sprung website. It was exactly the colour I wanted and I couldn't find this colour anywhere else. Being able to customise the drawer configuration was great. Although delivery could have been a bit quicker, they came when they said they would, carried everything upstairs, and assembled the bed where I wanted it - they told me to relax and leave everything to them! A month later and it's still good, no issues at all. If you can afford the price and are happy to wait for the delivery then I can definitely recommend.”

“Button & Sprung have been an excellent company to work with, from the first visit to their store right through to the bed being delivered and unpacked in my bedroom. I was happy to see that there were a limited number of bed frames to choose from, which made life easier. The difficulty that I had was in choosing the colour, there are so many to choose, but once I found that curtain material, it all slotted into place. Thank you”
