“We ordered from Button & Sprung when we were let down badly by another furniture company who failed to fulfil an order. We had not heard of Button & Sprung before, but they appeared on our google search, and we had identified an ottoman bed which we liked the look of and which met our storage needs - the Lupin. We contacted them on 23 October - they were polite, helpful, and, furthermore, confirmed that the bed would be with us before Christmas. By 25 October, we had our fabric samples and had placed our order. On 7 November, our delivery was scheduled for 6 December. Their two-man team erected the bed - hassle-free. It is a beautiful bed and we whole-heartedly recommend. Button & Sprung's approach to pricing is also refreshing - there is no stress trying to find discounts, no disappointment at having missed out on some past 'sale' price and no dread that there will be some imminent sale when you've already confirmed an order but yet to receive it - bliss!”

“Fantastic company, highly recommend. Easy to deal with from start to finish. We placed our order over the phone, all our questions were answered, and we scheduled a delivery date of our choice. “I came across the Button & Sprung website by chance after searching for months for a new bed , I visited the gorgeous showroom near Battersea Power Station and was able to view the different bed styles , try the mattresses and look at the colour swatches. I am SO pleased that I went with my choice , the Camelia bed in Pine looks stunning and is so comfortable, I love it ! The staff were so helpful both in person and on the phone. Great delivery, thank you !”

“I was really happy with the customer service at B&S, I also visited Dreams - where it wasn't bad but just very standard as you would expect. Stephane at B&S was knowledgable and chill and left us to relax on the mattress which is so much better than standing around, these kind of purchases require some time and ability to relax. I had hard time choosing and communication over email was great, I never felt pressured so it made my life easier. The delivery and everything else was also smooth, overall good experience. AND importantly i am happy with my mattress. so i am recommending B&S to any friends now if they are looking.”
