“We received a very comfortable mattress from Button & Sprung. The store experience was ok, perhaps it was later in the day and they didn't have the full crew, but we had all the information we needed. The delivery was also smooth, it was placed straight onto the bed frame for me, and they were respectful to remove their shoes without me asking. Highly recommend!”

“The best quality beds in the UK for sure! I have been sleeping on Button & Sprung beds for over 5 years now and can confirm the quality is 10/10. Sturdy frames, highest quality fabrics and impeccable customer servic & delivery! It is one of those companies that wil deliver to you exactly what they advertise. If you are looking for an imvestment bed - you don't need to look elswehere! You will be SO happy with your purchase, trust my words! P.S - Button & Sprung has also privided with the best delivery service I have ever received. Huge shout out to Maciek and Pavel for being so professional, fast and polite!”

“Button & Spring have been helpful and extremely responsive throughout the entire buying and delivery process. The bed and mattress are absolutely superior quality to anything I’ve experienced so far, it is an ultimate sleeping luxury. The delivery team in particular were incredible after a very tight squeeze getting everything upstairs—thank you.”

“We ordered a new super king mattress from Button & Sprung and have had an excellent experience with them. We ultimately decided not to keep the mattress as it was a bit too soft for us so we have opted to return it as part of their 100 night trial. Their customer service including communication from initial delivery to collection has been exceptional.”

“The whole process of choosing our new bed through to the delivery was so easy with Button and Sprung. Matthew was knowledgeable and helpful in our decision making. I'd recommend visiting the showroom if you are able - we thought we knew which fabric we wanted but changed our mind when faced with the huge selection. We're delighted with our bed; it's really comfortable and well-made and looks great in the fabric we chose. I'd definitely use them again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.”

“Bought our bed frame and mattress from B&S and the entire experience has been wonderful! The team at the shop were very friendly and gave us a lot of information to help guide us with our purchase without hurrying as they know buying a bed is a big decision. The bed arrived on time as promised and looks fabulous, and the team who delivered (Thomas & Artem) the bed were also frendly and careful assemblying it in our house. They explained to use how to dissasemble if needed and to give the shop a ring if needed in the future. We're still breaking in the mattress but it is supportive and comfy. Would definatly recommend them.”

“Very impressed with the bed buying service from here. Easy to order and very polite messages about delivery. Great delivery drivers too, arrived when expected and even called ahead to tell me they were on time. Lovely mattress, feels very good quality, well made and doesn't have that offensive 'new mattress' smell. It smells and feels super fresh and inviting. It's only had two nights' use so far so cannot comment on comfort although it already feels as expected from the description. Only drawback is the great disappointment I felt when I discovered that despite the strong eco vibe on the website and extensive chat about recycling, to have a mattress taken away for recycling I had to book and pay £55 (on top of the £50 delivery fee) for it separately. Plus my pocket spring mattress wouldn't necessarily be recycled, I was told, although it really felt from the website as if everything was recycled - a huge selling point to me. I thought (and I did misunderstand the website) that the delivery drivers were taking it. The drivers said they rarely take the old mattresses away as they don't have space, that's not the feeling I got from the website. They were very helpful and telephoned their office to ask about it, and said recycling was not an option but the £55 takeaway fee was. Wondering if the company is as green minded as it boasts. Another time I will check collection, not assume. Meanwhile, I can take my old mattress to our local recycle centre for free, which is handy.”

Mattress recycling is indeed a significant challenge—highlighted by the staggering fact that 6 million mattresses were sent to landfill in the UK last year alone. To tackle this problem, we’ve recently launched an initiative called Second Sleep. Through this program, we offer free collection of old pocket-sprung mattresses with natural fillings (regardless of their original manufacturer). Once collected, we break these mattresses down into their component parts—a process that requires innovation and dedication, as traditional mattress design rarely considers recyclability. Here’s how it works: The fabric elements are pasteurised and repurposed into pads for future mattresses. The metal components are melted down for reuse in other industries. While Second Sleep is not yet available nationwide, we are actively working to expand its reach. Unfortunately, mattresses made with foam or synthetic fibres and polyester covers remain a recycling challenge, and landfill often remains the only current option for these types. “After a vist to the store and excellent advice we placed an order a few days later over the phone. Everything was handled really smoothly, including the delivery which was really efficient - and the delivery drivers some of the nicest I've ever come across! Our new bed is excellent quality and we're really pleased!”
