Everyone at Button and Sprung we dealt with was perfectly pleasant, but response times to the few emails we sent were not great. The bedframe we ordered came with an unidentified mark, which we have complained about and have yet to receive a response about. Not what I would have expected when spending a significant amount of money.

Where are very happy with out bed, Installation went really fast. Very good service. However we Discovered a little scratch in the fabric. See picture. What can be done about this?

I visited the showroom to place my order for the Eliza bedstead in Nickel. I was very impressed by Asif who could not be more gracious. Unfortunately after three attempts to deliver an undamaged bed I have given up on this company. On the FIRST delivery day I was advised that the bed was going to Sunderland instead of London due to a mix up in post codes. They do not cross check postcodes to address details when arranging deliveries. On the SECOND delivery day I was advised that the bed had been damaged but Adam (owner) had told the drivers to deliver it to me anyway. A swift refund was arranged when I refused delivery. On the THIRD delivery day (after securing a £200 discount) I was notified that the bed would not arrive because it had not been loaded on the van. This is despite being told that afternoon that it would arrive between 3pm and 5pm. I appreciate that mistakes happen. However, this experience was challenging and expensive. I am not paid when I do not work and the firm had the interest free use of my money for several weeks before I realised that it could not honour its obligations.

From first finding Button & Spring online via Instagram, to visiting their store and picking our bed, to delivery has been a great experience. I really can't fault them in anyway. Extensive show room to help choose the right bed, excellent service instore and brilliant service on delivery. Highly recommend

Heavenly mattress, we are so happy we tried all of them in the store and landed on our dream bed with utter certainty. Delivery was very clear and helpful too, getting the super king through the doorways and up the stairs then assembling our beautiful base and mattress on top.

Received Perendale earlier than expected. They arranged for the disposal of our current mattress as well and everything went smooth. So far about 1 month with mattress. Much better sleep without lower back pains. The other reason for selecting thid mattress was the natural fibres for breathability. It really helps night sweats tremendously. 100% would recommend.

Found out about Button & Sprung from the Houzz website. Went to their showroom in Fulham where we got loads of great advice and help. We ordered there and then and the bed arrived soon after. It looks and feels fabulous, was great value and we love it. Highly recommended.

It's been a long and painful process with Button & Sprung. Bought a bed from their clearance section but it creaked terribly so we had a repair team to come and look at it. They fixed it but it started creaking again so we decided to return the clearance item and go for a full price bed and at the same time ordered a new mattress. The new (full priced) bed and mattress arrived but we were told we needed to keep the slats from the original clearance bed. We weren't told in advance we needed to have the original slats. Bed unfortunately still creaks. The correct material handle for the ottoman wasn't shipped at the time we ordered the full priced bed so we had to use the handle for the clearance item. We were then sent the handle in the correct colour but we can't replace it as it appears to be sewn in. So, to cut a long story short - we still have a creaking bed and an ottoman with a mismatched handle.... The mattress is comfortable. However the whole process has been so painful I don't think I could recommend to others.

They do what they say on the tin - make good mattresses and allow you to return if it doesn't work. We chose a mattress we thought would suit us but then, after about 70 days decided it was't quite us - we had not made the effort to visit the showroom when choosing. We then did visit, had a very relaxed time trying the mattresses and enjoying the coffee and hospitality, decided (surprise - we agreed!) on what we did need which turned out to be firmer. B&S then exchanged the mattresses and we are extremely happy with the result.

Everything that I purchased from Button & Sprung has been of excellent quality and was reasonably priced. However, I believe it is their customer service that has truly made me happy.

The perendale mattress is absolutely fantastic - the best I have ever slept on. It is firm yet allows your body to mould into it to some degree. I can honestly say that I have never had such a good night sleep in my life. I want to go to bed and read, sleep and stay in it! It is so enticing and I a glad I have got it in time for this winter. I can't recommend this product enough.

We turned up at your showroom early one rainy Monday morning. We had done some research and decided to come to you first. Slightly dreading the choice out there and having to make a decision. From the moment we arrived and were offered coffee everything was made easy for us. Dee explained how she would show us the process of choosing a bed after asking questions. She told us to try various beds in the showroom in a specific order. We really liked the first one we tried and kept going back to it and she then told is it was bang in the middle of the price range. So there was never any selling techniques to get us to buy anything. It was all so easy, and enjoyable and two and a half hours later we had chosen the bed, headboard, fabric and legs. The whole system worked and Dee was there to advise and help us get the right bed , not to sell us something. I think that was what mad it a pleasure and we left having enjoyed a very nice morning and it being so much easier than expected. Immediately there were emails confirming everything and they said they would try and get it to us before we went on holiday which they did. We were informed they would let us know what time it would be delivered. The delivery was perfect, on time and assembled by friendly delivery men. The bed is perfect! So comfortable. It also seemed by comparison extremely well priced. Highly recommended! Thank you for our lovely bed. I can’t find the first bedrock so could you send me a pair !

On delivery day of our bed (Camelia Divan with drawers) our bed arrived WITHOUT a headboard, just the Divan base, the divan base once unwrapped was covered in dirty marks and had a large scratch in the fabric and stitching coming out, a very POOR condition, after calling Button and Sprung it was arranged for another divan to be made which took another 5-6 weeks, 2nd delivery attempt both the divan base and headboard arrived although this time there were still dirty marks on both!! This is not the kind of service I would expect from an expensive bed company! I was offered just £100 in compensation which included £50 delivery refund, they arranged for a company to come and clean the dirty marks. The customer services team never gave me a follow up call to see if I was happy with the cleaning, in my opinion the customer services at Button and Sprung is very poor indeed, P.S The website need to be more informative regarding bed options, drawer end caps etc as not everyone can make it to the showroom in London.

Choosing the right bed and mattress was very critical to me, we spend many hours in it after all. The team were brilliant, from getting samples, to seeing the bed in the showroom, choosing a mattress, order and installation. The Burdoch bed and Perendale mattress is very comfortable!!!!!!
