On delivery day of our bed (Camelia Divan with drawers) our bed arrived WITHOUT a headboard, just the Divan base, the divan base once unwrapped was covered in dirty marks and had a large scratch in the fabric and stitching coming out, a very POOR condition, after calling Button and Sprung it was arranged for another divan to be made which took another 5-6 weeks, 2nd delivery attempt both the divan base and headboard arrived although this time there were still dirty marks on both!! This is not the kind of service I would expect from an expensive bed company! I was offered just £100 in compensation which included £50 delivery refund, they arranged for a company to come and clean the dirty marks. The customer services team never gave me a follow up call to see if I was happy with the cleaning, in my opinion the customer services at Button and Sprung is very poor indeed, P.S The website need to be more informative regarding bed options, drawer end caps etc as not everyone can make it to the showroom in London.
