They do what they say on the tin - make good mattresses and allow you to return if it doesn't work.
We chose a mattress we thought would suit us but then, after about 70 days decided it was't quite us - we had not made the effort to visit the showroom when choosing.
We then did visit, had a very relaxed time trying the mattresses and enjoying the coffee and hospitality, decided (surprise - we agreed!) on what we did need which turned out to be firmer. B&S then exchanged the mattresses and we are extremely happy with the result.
