It's been a long and painful process with Button & Sprung.
Bought a bed from their clearance section but it creaked terribly so we had a repair team to come and look at it. They fixed it but it started creaking again so we decided to return the clearance item and go for a full price bed and at the same time ordered a new mattress.
The new (full priced) bed and mattress arrived but we were told we needed to keep the slats from the original clearance bed. We weren't told in advance we needed to have the original slats. Bed unfortunately still creaks.
The correct material handle for the ottoman wasn't shipped at the time we ordered the full priced bed so we had to use the handle for the clearance item. We were then sent the handle in the correct colour but we can't replace it as it appears to be sewn in.
So, to cut a long story short - we still have a creaking bed and an ottoman with a mismatched handle....
The mattress is comfortable. However the whole process has been so painful I don't think I could recommend to others.
