A truly delightful consumer experience from beginning to end. The showroom is beautifully laid out, with all the fabrics on display and additional books for bespoke choises. I was left to browse at my leisure without any hard sales, although extremely helpful staff were on hand to answer questions and give advice. My follow up emails and questions were answered promptly and gave me all the information I needed. The delivery was on time as promised, with no issues. Lovely chaps delivered my beautiful bed, put it together in record time and even took their shoes off without being asked.
