From visiting the showroom, through ordering to delivery, every step was easy and hassle free. Great straight forward customer service and definitely not pushy.
A really great quality product too. The bed frame is really solid and looks fantastic. The mattress is so comfortable.
I wanted a natural product and have found exactly what I wanted with the bonus of supporting a small British company who in turn use British suppliers and local materials where possible.
