Easy process throughout. I had to purchase during lockdown so was unable to try any mattresses, but received great advice over the phone, as proven by the delivery of a very comfortable mattress several weeks later.
Everything was seamless with good communication. The delivery team were on time, quick and efficient and took sufficient covid precautions.
