I spoke to a lovely chap on the phone who recommended us a mattress based in our height and weight and my back issues as we couldn't visit the showroom. We had tried two other brands and can say this is superior. I'm not one for staying in bed and I admit I sleep in for an extra hour most days as I can't get out - so comfy. Delivery drivers weren't helpful, but did do what we asked eventually (a 3rd party company). I wouldn't shop anywhere else now.
