Outstanding service. Spoke with two staff members directly who were helpful, efficient and friendly. I must add, the phone call was answered after a few rings. This should be expected as a customer however, during this pandemic, I have noticed customer service has become non existent; most company phone lines ring endlesslessly or a voice recording advises no-one is available. It was uplifting to have my queries dealt with immediately and emails promised were received as soon as the phone call ended. I highly recommend Button and Sprung. Their promised delivery times were also met.
