Our new bed is beautifully made and great quality. It feels very sturdy. We chose 'stone' fabric, which is really soft. The customer service was great; the bed was ready earlier than I expected and the delivery process was efficient. The delivery men were very professional and polite, they took their shoes off and washed their hands. They got it all set up within 15 minutes and took all packaging away.
