The delivery arrived earlier than I expected. The staff setting up the bed were very polite, professional and efficient. It took them no time at all and the whole bed was set up. The quality of the bed base and upholstery is of a high standard. My partner (who doe's not live with me) was so impressed, he order the exact same bed for his place. Overall I'm delighted with this purchase and would recommend Button & Sprung to anyone wishing a good quality bed.
