Before I ordered, staff were very helpful with sending samples and some photos of the different feet colours to choose from (the showroom was closed due to Covid). They were also very helpful during the ordering process, kept me up to date with delivery timescales, and the bed was even delivered early! The delivery team were lovely, very respectful of my home and arrived right on time, making sure they called a little before they arrived. They built the bed very quickly and took all the rubbish away - they even put my mattress on the bed for me, which was kind as it's incredibly heavy.
