We bought 5 beds for our new home and 5 mattresses. We visited them in their showroom and they were wonderfully helpful and generous with their time and their samples. The beds are beautiful and really a huge upgrade from what I had thought was a perfectly good old bed. I actually get into bed and think - gosh... We had a couple of issues with delivery but again their customer service was excellent and they sorted out everything without any hesitation. Really impressive service and even better beds.
