My new Ottoman bed is just perfect. Delivered earlier than the estimated time when I bought it. Everyone I spoke to at the company was extremely friendly and helpful and the delivery guys were amazingly efficient. My one small quibble is after departing with such a large sum of money some communication with the company would have put my mind at ease. You don’t hear anything from them for a good few weeks after making your purchase. However the bed is a dream
