From ordering the bed to getting it delivered everything ran super smoothly. We are in between houses and had to change the delivery a couple times, which was never an issue. The delivery gents were impeccable - punctual and smiley, even though they had to carry a massive bed and mattress up two flights of very steep stairs!
Bed is super comfortable...will definitely buy from here again.
