Initial contact via website followed by a visit to showroom. Much time devoted to my requirements, price range, bed firmness/softness, frame, feet, colour, and also to choice of mattress. A family bereavement and consequent early need for this extra bed upset timetable but Button&Sprung did everything to help out. Delivery was totally on time and very efficient. A pleasure to deal with them
