I'm very happy with my Super King Ottoman bed. It's well made and it offers lots of storage space. The bed has really taken a centre stage in the room.
The service from B&S is another matter. Within a week of buying and paying the bed we were told that they wouldn't honour the agreed timeframe because of wood shortage. I appreciate the prompt update but I can't take it seriously. Such a big company to have no knowledge of their stock and availability is something that raises my concern. Wood stock doesn't go low overnight so I would expect B&S to would have known this in advance to the purchase.
I also have to take issue with the approach to getting customers to review: sending one sock and asking for a review to get the pair is dubious marketing practice. Let alone that given I had to wait additionally 6-8 weeks for my bed, it would have been a good idea to send us a couple of pairs as a good will gesture for the extra wait.
