We ordered a divan and headboard from Button and Sprung. When it arrived they had forgotten to drill the holes for the headboard which meant we had to wait another month for a replacement divan half. The the replacement arrived again without the correct holes. A month after that the divan half was delivered correctly. The whole process was pretty painful, the QA department in their warehouse is clearly not up to a great standard. Customer Services told me that the 2 incorrect divan halves would be destroyed which seems incredibly poor from a sustainability/responsibility standpoint. Since delivery the drawers are all a bit wonky and scrape about when opening and closing. All in all the bed is fine... not great. Customer Services offered us compensation but, have subsequently stopped communicating with us.
