Button and Sprung were professional from start to end. When we placed the order we were told early on about possible delays due to the covid crisis and sourcing materials. We understood and kept our order as we knew we wanted their product. The delivery and assembly was prompt, on time, polite and efficient!! The king size ottoman bed was perfect. High quality materials and craftsmanship, the lifting mechanism is perfect and the bed opens and close with ease. The metal frame and wooden slats are supported in the middle, so the slats don’t wander off and this makes for a strong bed (no More hunting for wooden planks when a slat is broken). Very impressive finish and loved the material we chose. Thank you, will 100% recommend and will use again.
