When Button & Sprung says they will give you 100 nights to try your new bed, no questions asked - they really mean it. I had a bed for a good 60-70 days before going to them and admitting it was just not quite what I expected in terms of fabric and design (I had ordered online during COVID). No questions asked, they helped me pick an alternative bed and sort out the exchange for no extra charge, and with a smile on their face. I wish it was this easy to furnish the rest of the house!
