The service we've received has been exemplary from the start. In current circumstances we did have a small delay (not really unexpected) but the team worked to get our delivery in before a key date for us and kept in touch throughout. The delivery was painless and the team worked hard to get everything perfect before they left... and the beds are pretty good too! Very well made and look far more expensive than they were. I've already recommended them to a friend and may be buying another one soon
