The whole experience of buying a new Ottoman bed from start to finish was exemplary. Great customer service in the showroom, speedy replies to my emails and nothing was too much trouble for the sales team. I had to delay the delivery several times, due to delays with building work, and this was never a problem. I would certainly recommend the company and will be ordering from them again for my guest bedroom!
