The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. We visited the shop and the expert advice we received was so helpful. We didn't feel rushed into making a decision and to be able to lie for a length of time on the mattresses so we could make a confident decision was invaluable. Delivery was faster than we had anticipated which was great and the delivery team were superb and extremely helpful.
