The showroom experience was great: the opportunity to "blind" test mattresses, unaware of price point so we could genuinely assess relative merits, followed up by the "cheapest to most expensive" line up upstairs once we'd had the chance to get comfortable. Delivery was faster than elsewhere and faster than had been promised; the team accommodated our time slot request and were happy hauling the mattress up several flights of stairs.
