Customer service were excellent - very helpful and focussed on making my experience as a customer the best it could be. In addition, both the initial service team that came to my house AND the replacement bed team were also excellent - efficient, polite and again, focussed on my experience as a customer. Would definitely recommend Button & Sprung.
