A fabulous, hassle free process. An email about a month in advance to confirm delivery date & time. Delivery guys called an hour before they were due. Friendly guys carried bed upstairs, in & out very quick, taking any packaging with them. The bed is great quality, piping along the edge of the headboard expensive looking, fabric chosen exactly the same as the sample I had. Would definitely recommend.
