Polite, friendly and efficient B&S team; both via email when corresponding about delivery and also the delivery team themselves. The website is also so simple to use and makes the process very easy to go through. I really like how everything is laid out online and leads you through it. Other bed websites we looked at were more confusing and not as transparent about options and what was/ wasn't included.
