Super helpful showroom staff made the process very easy. Arranged delivery within a week by their own delivery team who were efficient and polite. The bed is a literal dream. After trying every "cooling" foam-tech mattress out there, I have FINALLY found a comfortable mattress that doesn't make me sweat to death. The difference a natural mattress makes is actually indescribable.
