The in-store consultant was helpful, took the time to explain all the characteristics of each mattress and bed, allowed us plenty of time to evaluate and have our own time to make a decision. The quality of the beds and in particular the fabrics is excellent and there is a lot of choice. The overall experience in the shop was very good and we felt taken care of. The goods then arrived when described, about 6 weeks later. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were very polite, took off their shoes to carry the bed and mattress upstairs and generally were very pleasant to deal with. The bed looks fantastic and durable. We went for the ottoman mechanism which is straightforward to use and feels robust. All in all, great service and products.
