We also received EXCELLENT service - ranging from our show room experience with Asif (forgive me if misspelled) to the phone contact we had in arranging the delivery. Also, the delivery team was OUTSTANDING. They were so considerate in taking off their shoes, bringing the mattress up two flights of stairs while meticulously avoiding scuffling the walls and door frames. I couldn't believe how effortless they made it all seem!
