Excellent customer service in the showroom. We travelled from Peterborough to choose and bed and mattress and it was well worth the trip. The knowledge of the beds and mattresses were excellent. I liked how you could spend time in the mattress room choosing a mattress, no pressure. You were given a pillow to use when trying out the beds.
