From the showroom where we spent a long time testing out every mattress they had, we didn't feel rushed, we were offered coffee and expert advice. To great flexibility on delivery dates and communication. To our mattress arriving; the delivery drivers were so courteous (they took their shoes off without us asking), mindful of our home when putting the mattress in the right location. They were so friendly and so quick! And last but certainly not least, the mattress is so comfortable! Made from natural, non animal products and having a luxury feel. We couldn't be happier.
