I had put a deposit down on a similar bed through another company but after reading lots of awful reviews cancelled my order. I found Button and Sprung by Googling the bed I wanted and was very impressed by all the reviews so thought hopefully 2nd time lucky.! From dealing with Charlotte on the phone when enquiring about the bed I wanted I thought yes this is more like it ! her customer service was very professional knowledgeable and friendly , she sent me a fabric sample of the finish I wanted and I called the next day to order. The logistics team were great sorting out delivery and the 2 guys that came to put the bed together were very swift respectful of my property and put the bed together very quickly and i am super happy with the bed and my overall experience with Button and Sprung .
