10 out of 10 for the whole process as from our first visit to their well designed, well stocked showroom to taking delivery of our Lupin bed, topper and Teesdale mattress everything went smoothly. It took a couple of visits along with a few phone calls before we made up our minds but we're completely delighted with our bed. The staff were all knowledgeable and helpful and we particularly appreciated the lack of any sales pressure or changing special offer pricing. I'd definitely recommend them.
