Asif and Matthew were both really helpful from the start. They listened to what we wanted and showed us all the options...also very patient when we kept changing our minds! Despite there being a problem with the manufacture of our bed and a subsequent delay to delivery of our bed this was all communicated well and provisions were made until the bed arrived. Would highly recommend B&S for service and quality of product.
