We visited the lovely London Showroom ~7 months ago. There are plenty of beds to look at and try out, also you can touch and feel all the possible fabrics. We ended up ordering the bed (Primrose) on the spot. Everyone we interacted it was really nice and helpful, and helped us with the finance option as well. Everything went smoothly with delivery and the 2 men carried up and assembled the bed in to time. We've been using the bed for 6 months now and are really happy with the purchase.
