Unfortunately delivery of the bed came without the mattress. The delivery drivers left without saying if they were returning with the mattress and so I had to contact the office and stay home for several hours for them to return. There was also a personal hygiene issue that left my bedroom smelling particularly unpleasant.
The products themselves were fine, the service in terms of delivery left much to be desired.
