They took the time to understand what exactly we were looking for and then gave us the time and space to explore their range in comfort. Advice on hand but not overbearing, very much the personal touch. As we did not feel rushed we had the time to make the right decision, no pushy sales types here. The product information and pricing was clear throughout, no nasty surprises! The beds are beautiful and excellent quality, one of our favourite purchases for the house so far.
