After a very easy, enjoyable and informative trip to the Fulham showroom ( lots of lovely choice of beds, fabrics, mattresses, no pushy sales people, didn't feel rushed ) I ordered 2 beds and mattresses, to go to two different addresses. Everything was extremely straight forward and I was kept well informed during the production and delivery process. The delivery men were smart, organised and even texted me to give an actual ETA within the allocated 2 hr time slot - very helpful. They assembled the beds quickly, removed all the packaging and took away the old mattresses - great service. There was a slight hitch with one of the deliveries, but the way it was dealt with was way beyond expectation. The thing that impressed me most about my Button & Sprung experience, is that although I was ordering over the internet, there were 'real' people at the end of the phone ( and in the showroom) who dealt with everything in a friendly, efficient manner. So thank you Azif, Clara, Matthew and Adam. A fantastic personal service and great beds!
