From the moment I walked through the door of the Button and Sprung showroom my experience was a No.10. The showroom had everything on display that you could ask, from fabric samples to testing of mattresses. The staff were a dream and very helpful. The delivery and setup of bed went smoothly and the delivery men were super efficient. If there was one very little negative it was that the headboard for a while had a chemical smell but apart from that I'm very pleased with my bed and mattress and the whole Button and Sprung experience.
