We ordered the camelia, super king ottoman and the teesedale mattress. We’re currently very happy with the product , but are only a month in. Highlights: - we went in store and thoroughly appreciated the experience received. Staff were helpful and on hand to answer our very many questions. This enabled us to try all of the various mattresses and bed options. We left with lots of material/ colour swabs to try at home. - we then placed the order a couple of weeks back, with ease. - the bed arrived about 5-6 weeks later and the team installed it in less than an hour. We were all set and ready to go! My only feedback is as follows: - once ordered, we then had to find a delivery date that worked. This felt as though it was the most difficult part of the process as it depends which part of the city you live and whether they’re delivering that day. As such, we did go back and forth a few times to find a date/ slot that worked. - the mattress does feel quite warm at night. We’re still getting used to this, but I imagine it’s because of the thickness and all the natural materials used.
