Very professional helpful and efficient from start to finish. There was an added dimension to the delivery which was accommodated and worked well. I was advised of a delivery date and a timed slot advised on the day plus a telephone call from the the delivery team about 40 minutes beforehand. They were respectful of the property and worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the quality of the Ottoman beds including the lifting mechanisms.
