Excellent service from Simon on the phone, he actually advised me to buy a less expensive option than I was originally considering when he could easily have just sold the more expensive one showing as an actual for matching customer needs. Ordering process was easy and the delivery was seamless. The bed itself looks superb and seems of a very high quality, would recommend without question.
