Had been looking at Ottoman beds in Button & Sprung on line for a while and eventually popped into the showroom, staff were excellent and very knowledgeable and the whole buying process was very easy with lots of options available, delivery day and the team were unable to get the mattress up the stairs due to our very low ceilings (beamed property) no problem an exact folded replacement was arranged at no cost to us, re-delivery was a few weeks later and the delivery team were excellent, bed looks amazing and so comfortable and also stores all my shoes and handbags was else could we want!
